Registeration and Submission guidelines

For this Rhine-Knee RegioMeeting 2025, the registration fee is €250 per participant.

Thanks to financial support from the University of Strasbourg, 16 places are reserved free of charge for Ph.D. students from Unistra.

This fee covers conference participation, breakfasts (October 9 & 10), lunches (October 9 & 10), dinners (October 8 & 9), accommodation (nights of October 8 & 9), as well as social events.

Around one hundred spots are available this year.

Registration procedure:

To register, please go to the "Registration" tab and complete the form.

You will receive an email at a later date with a link to proceed with the payment via the Azur-Colloque platform. Payment will confirm your final registration for the RegioMeeting.

Registrations for the RegioMeeting will be definitively closed on September 15, 2025. Abstracts must be submitted by August 31, 2025.

Abstract submission procedure:

Participants wishing to present their research or development work at the RegioMeeting are invited to submit an abstract via the "Submission" tab. Presentations should align with one of the following themes:

• Structural Integrative Biology

• Structural Proteomics

• Latest developments in cryo-EM and crystallography

• Computational structural biology

Approximately 25 talks will be selected based on abstract submission.

Each talk will consist of a 12-minute presentation and a 3-minute questions & answers session.

There will be no poster session at RegioMeeting 2025, except for the event's sponsors.
